AVPN Conference 2014 Sold Out 6 Weeks Before Event

Dear Friends of AVPN:Thank you for supporting our conference and the venture philanthropy community so enthusiastically! We have now sold out all 300 tickets to the conference and are excited in our final planning stages to the 3-day event.Yes, you heard us right:

  • All tickets are now sold. Members who have pre-registered their tickets will now have to re-confirm them or release the tickets so others can purchase them. Member tickets that are not utilised are chargeable at the full rate (Please refer to the terms and conditions of the tickets). There are still some limited tickets set aside for members, so please write to us ASAP to claim your tickets. If you think you have a really good reason as to why you have not bought your tickets, write to us at [email protected]. We want the “right people in the room”, so if you are a provider of financial, human and intellectual capital, we will find a way to accommodate you.
  • We are now into Day 3 of the AVPN Conference! Check our website for the full listing of Private Events on 16th May 2014. If you are interested to attend any of the sessions, please write to us for an invite.
  • We look forward to welcoming you to the AVPN Conference on 14-16 May!

A. Environmental Stewardship
To protect the environment, we organize programmes like mangrove nursery and Reforestation, Coastal and River Clean-Up, Community Based Environmental Solid Waste Management, Environmental IEC Campaign and Eco-Academy

B. Food Security and Sustainable Livelihood
To ensure a sustainable livelihood for the community, eco-tourism include Buhatan River Cruise Visitor Center Buhatan River Mangrove Boardwalk are run by the community. Others include Organic Vegetable and Root crops Farming, Vegetable and Root crops Chips and by-products Processing and establishing a Zero waste store.

C. Empowered Communities
To empower the community, we provide product and Agri-Enterprise Development Training, Immersion and Learnings Exchange Program, Earth Warrior Training and Community Based Social Entrepreneurship Training
