We are the only organisation that specialises in building and supporting the venture philanthropy community in Asia. While AVPN is a young organisation, our work builds on the more than 7 year track record and network of the European Venture Philanthropy Association.
We are a member led organisation and develop our activities to provide increasing value to our membership as it develops and grows. In addition to events we provide resources and networking for members through AVPN’s public website including a Member Directory.
Our services help our members connect with each other, learn best practices, raise their profile locally and across Asia and be more visible globally. We are the hub for showcasing Asian venture philanthropy transactions. In future we plan to include member contributed investment case summaries linked to AVPN’s Member Directory.
We are actively raising the profile of venture philanthropy in the social sector in Asia. We provide a first point of contact for social purpose organisations seeking VP support from our members.
